Forget the internet? Terrestrial advertising sells properties

There are several competing construction businesses in the new neighborhoods that I bought property for development in and I was looking for an edge over my competition. I was considered a new comer to the area when it came to new home construction even though I had completed successful construction developments in neighboring communities for over a decade. I had decided to shift my business from the south suburbs of Chicago to the far northern suburbs. I needed to find ways to use Woodstock advertising and Elgin advertising to sell lots on the land that I had planned to develop.

Although I had quite an impressive list of houses that I had built, being the new kid in the area was definitely a disadvantage. I couldn’t just sell houses as easily had I had done in the past. I needed to take advantage of Woodstock advertising and Elgin advertising in order to build up my reputation and to get my company’s name out there. If I was going to be as successful on the north side as I was on the south side I needed much more than just the prime property that I had purchased.

I bought property in Woodstock, Illinois because I really liked the small neighborhood feel of the town. I knew that people were looking for downtown areas that were accessible to the residents and had that whole small town feel. I had a great piece of property minutes from the downtown area that I thought would be great for a mixed development of single family houses and town homes. I wanted to build parks and walking paths throughout the development as well. I found that the best Woodstock advertising that I could do would be to have giant signs made with a map of my planned development. I knew that if people could see my vision that they would want to live in one of my houses.

I saw Elgin as another great opportunity to build a housing subdivision; it was a city that was rapidly growing. I knew if I built here it would be a success, if I could land an edge over some of the other builders in the area. I decided that I needed to bring something extra to the table, so I included a neighborhood square in my design complete with a fountain and park. I took advantage of Elgin advertising and had another community plan mapped out on a large sign and placed at the front of my future development.
